Anyone know how sometimes you get a bug from someone that advertises a link which is like a picture, but its really a virus, i have a bug, i get popup of my own name advertising a link, and i didnt send it, and get lots of pm from people telling me to piss off. Anyone know how to get rid of it, a virus scaner couldnt find it.

You will need to try more than one virus scanner.

You can use Trendmicro's free online virus scanner, or download AVG by Grisoft. You can also try a TROJAN scanner (slightly different than viruses) with SwatIT or The Cleaner.

I don't know of other network virus help channels, however, you may like to connect to DALnet and join their #NoHack channel which has a good reputation. Their website is here. You should also read this page. Again with DALnet, you may like to read this which might help protect you in the future.

Continuing with this note, the reason you are infected is because you have downloaded something, with or without your knowledge. Never ever ever click on websites that are advertised to you (especially if they advertise Britney Spears naked pictures, free pornography etc). Never accept files from other users if they try to use the DCC function to send you a file. If you dabble in downloading files off of IRC (movies, music, videos etc) then simply stop doing it, because many of those files are infected.
