Forums Connection Issues DCC Pending?

I am trying to get a file but it is telling me "You have a DCC pending, Set your client to receive the transfer." what does that mean and how do I fix it?? Some one please help!!

Had you taken a moment to look around a bit, you would have seen the thread with subject line Dcc Pending at the top of this forum, here

Please dont cross post (post the same question more than once) it creates confusion.
