Forums Connection Issues ok problems with the dcc chat again

When someone trys to send me a file it says DCC Send from fcknscrewit rejected (Excursion9.4.2Setup.exe, file type ignored).....what does this mean and how can it be fixed?

Just beware of accepting .exe files (or any other file type) from unknown sources, i.e. non-official ones. The default file types are there for a reason, and some servers/networks will block dcc sends of certain file types anyway, regardless of whether you add them.

if youve added the .exe extension to the list have you done:

/dccallow +nickname

i think thats the command....but anyways try adding them to dcc allow....

hahhaaha I figured it out...kazaa and aol was conflicting withm irc so it wouldnt let me dcc send or chat.....tahnx for the help anyway guys
