Forums Scripts & Popups smooth mirc picture drawing

Just downloaded Dexter from mircscripts.org (http://www.mircscripts.org/comments.php?id=2315). I noticed it has very smooth fps. I wonder how he does it..with drawcopy or something? Dunno couldn't find it am a noobie. Really love doing all kind of drawing things help would be greatly appreciated thanks

I'm glad to hear it worked smoothly for you, because on my 300MHz computer things barely moved

I am not picture windows expert so I can't give you specific help, but you can check out the various picwin tutorials or contact DexTer's author.

/drawcopy make things go smoother indeed. I didn't look the script, but I'd guess it draws things straight in a hidden window, then drawcopy the whole picture to the other principal, viewable one. Plus, maybe, other more recent methods I'm not aware of.
