Ok first off I'm a beginner I'm wanting to build my own script.. I'm looking for Suggestions and/or help I'm looking to start from scratch (plain mIRC script)

Scripts are usually used to either enhance or modify the normal behaviour of mIRC. It just depends on what you want to achieve.

The best scripting resource is mIRC's help file. Type /help on your Status Window to open it up. You can then browse through that to get some idea of what is involved.

Start off by reading the help file...it tells you alot of things that are useful for scripting...start there first of course you could look at the links section of this website for useful links....also try www.mircscripts.org for any scripting tutorials or what not...and if that dont work go to www.google.com and do a search on "mIRC Scripting" or something..hope this was useful in any way.

Ok, make a script that is covering your need's! Like login to channel service, op/deop commands etc. make a away system and perhaps some protection.. thats what I do.. making a script that fits my needs and the irc network that I use.. grin
