Forums mIRC Help Flashing windows

I would like to set my mIRC so the windows don't flash on activity. Each time I start the mIRC it defaults to flashing on activity. Any suggestions?

Alt-O (Options) -> IRC -> Options
Flash on:
[ ] Channel message
[ ] Query message

Alt-O (Options) -> Display
[ ] Blink icons

Make sure all 3 of these are turned off (unchecked).
