- Colours tab;
- Click the HELP button.
Or type "/help /cnick".
Reading the help file, or looking at that "Add Nick" dialog, those check items (ignore, op, voice, protect, notify) might confuse you a little, since they refer to your personal lists - those "op" and "voice" options aren't what you're looking for.
Try colouring any nick (*) with mode @ for ops, any nick (*) with mode + for voices.
