Forums mIRC Help what does " * out1aw sets mode: +l 1084 " mean?

I am trying to download a file and when I try to download from
someone I get this line:

* out1aw sets mode: +l 1084

when I type this:

/msg out1aw xdcc send #1

Any help?

Looks like a coincidence to me that the bot set the channel limit right after you requested the file. Did you get the file?
If not, then you were probably added to queue and have to wait to get the file.

+l 1084 is a channel limit
which means that if there are 1084 or more
people on that channel, no more can join.

Some bots set the channel limit to 5 more than user count to prevent join floods.
