The thing I like about mIRC's interface is the chromeless internal borders, one of the many reasons why Pirch sucks. I'm certainly not against people customising their scripts, infact I am all for it because if we all had things the same way then life would be boring, however that dialogue currently doesn't do/tell you anything that mIRC doesn't do/tell you already. One of the op modes, +h, is not supported by all networks so if you were going to release it publicly there's be features that not all can benefit from, in any case you would already know how many of each mode prefix exist because of the nicks at the top of the list adorning the mode prefix in the nicknames themselves. The space you assign to the topic (Upto 429 chars on my network) doesn't display the whole topic, probably only the first few words. Then comes the easy bit, making that dialogue support right click to power the myriad of popups that you will need.
