Your current security settings prohibit running activex controls on this page. As a result, the page may not display correctly.

I get that message when I try to get into chats. I tried lowering my security settings, but it still said that. Any help?

Micro$oft chatrooms are ActiveX based, make sure your copy of WIndows has all updates from the M$ website and that you are using the latest browser version.
