Could some1 post a suggestion for a script which kicks people on my channel that msg's other people automatically (spam) when they join?

No script can kick you for msging other people unless, in some way, those people have access to the bot that kicks you. A bot can only kick for what it sees. If you do see an automated system then it's likely that the bot has a 'slave' which leaves and re-enters the room and remains unopped and listening for automated msgs and then automatically sends a kick command to the opped bot.
