Since this it is my problem with the gets it is that lowering to 3.7 and it that I have the speed of 512 I use a router linksys need to know that ports to open in order that he respect my speed thank you

You would be either getting files from connections that are very busy or slow connections.

You can only download as fast as the sender can send.

If you download from someone on dialup then 3 or 4 kbs is about the best you could possibly do, regardless of how fast your connection is.
