It means that somewhere in line 211 of that particular file there is an error in it that needs fixed. Perhaps you may be helped much quicker if you post that particular line for someone here to look at and or possibly spot the error and tell you how to change it. Just a suggestion...
Yes post line 211 of that file or you can post lines 200 - 215 for example to give people a pretty good idea of what they are dealing with, its up to you. As soon as you post it someone will come along and check it out and possibly tell you what to replace. I'm just suggesting you do this because if you don't now you will probably be asked to post it later anyway.
