It seems unbelievable: I can dcc get or resume a file when I'm connected to Efnet but when I'm connected to any other network (e.g. Undernet) I can't dcc resume files, I can only dcc download.
All my mirc options are well configured and I almost never change them.
I read in another post someone have the same problem (still not solved) with all the networks except Dalnet.
Anybody know what to do? Thanks.

I cant think of any reason why it would work on one network but not another. Only things that come to mind is the prob is on the senders end, or perhaps it may be due to the port you connect to the network on. Have you noted if perhaps you connect to one network on port 6669 and another on 6662 for example?

Yes.I use multiple window to connect to different networks; when I connect to efnet, the port 6665 is used (though I set the default port to 6667) and when I connect to Undernet the port 6667 is used. Could it be the source of the problem?

try not using port 6667 and see if it solves the problem, lots of ppl have problems when using it to connect. You can specify the port you want to try by connecting using /server theserver.stuff.here:6665

Most servers will list the ports they use, check the MOTD if trying 6665 doesnt work.

Hey Brat, THANK YOU for ur help laugh.
In fact what I did is setting my default port when connecting to a network to 7000 and I set my router to accept connections on this port and on the ports 666x (knowing the networks i connect to use at least one of those).
Again thanks cool

Hello, it seems I have the same problem as many.

I can't dcc resume.
I'm behind a router and the connection between peers never established.
I check in a debug windows and all is sent
dcc send
dcc resume
dcc accept
with good number for ip and port

I check my router, and it should send all TCP packets to my computer, but this last never appear : I check my firewall (packet log) and it never sees any attempt of the other guy's ip.

I can't change port (6667), because the servers where I'm only accept this port.

I really don't know what to do ! I'm asking if the last message (Accept) really arrives frown

When it's me that want to resume a file, I never see the ACCEPT RESUME msg and then, the downloading never starts.

If someone can help me.

Info : I've a Diva 2440 firmware 1.5 as router. (There are NAT and filter settings, but none of them seems to block the connection)
$ip and dns $me are the same

I think the problem is the router, but I can't find what doesn't work.

Thx a lot for your answers.

Jeezho
