Forums mIRC Help changing which browser mIRC recognises as default

Hello.

Despite having installed Opera, uninstalled IE and setting Opera as the default browser, mIRC still wants to use IE. How can I change this? It's really frustrating, having to copy/paste every URL into Opera.

This bug has been reported often, and the link posted will take you to a thread with workaround. Since you're new (and welcome to the mIRC msg board ) just a couple tips: When you have a problem or question, take a look at the threads that have been set to stay at the top of each area since they cover some common issues. You can also use our search feature. For the best results set it to "all forums" and expand the date range.

Thanks for that link, MonoSex. I have Mozilla for my default browser but was still getting the urls opened in IE. The remote script you pointed to solved the problem perfectly.
