Is there a raw identifier for a raw event, like if mIRC was just logging on, you'd see "001" from an identifier, or listing, the identifier would return "322".

sort of but not exactly.

/debug @debug .
that will log all raw/non raw events in @debug, you can find the ones you looking for in there.
