The last months, 3 of the largest mIRC scripting sites have gone down. (mircscripts.org, irc-scripts.com, scriptaz.com)

Does anyone know any alternatives?

If you did a search, you would find that many sites are still available...

An old standby...

IRC-Scripts.com is being planned to return. It's now being run on mirc.net.

You can either access the construction page via www.irctools.com and/or http://dev.mirc.net.

However, like mirc.net the contents seems to have completely stopped. I haven't spoken to ethaniel in awhile about why construction of the site has suddenly halted.

It does seem like a lot of IRC websites have grinded to a halt actually....ircnews.com, mirc.net, irc101.org, irc-junkie.org...there hasn't been any/much content for awhile.

Anyhoo, as said before, search on google or some other search engine for "IRC scripts" or something similar - there are still plenty left.

Happy chattin'

FYI dev.mirc.net is still a project, but ethaniel doesn't have much time to work on it.

It's good to be informed smile

Did you read any of the posts, or just post so you could have some input. The thorsthand "ms.org" was used in reference to the wbsite above.

Due to massive SYN flooding the site went down.
Now the site owner doesn't have the motivation anymore to continue with the website.

KingTomato: I totally missed the post that mentioned ms.org but that doesn't mean you need to sound so damn harsh.

Where did you get that idea? The site is being attacked and nothing can be done until these attacks stop. The owner never said anything about giving up or being unwilling to continue the site, but at the moment it's impossible to do so with the massive floods.

He got the info from fubar, who to my knowledge is the owner:

Quote:
We're being SYN flooded...

At this point I'm ready to call it quits. It's not worth it anymore.

That's what fubar said, if you don't believe me, run a search yourself.

It seems that the floods are lesser now smile

I hope fubar will reopen the site. I can access the site just fine, just a little slow, that's all. Let's give fubar our entire support wink
