Iam just wondering how can i make it so it says text on start up?

ON *:START:{
.echo -s I just started!
}

Whoa, what was a fast reply i all most had it right I had it like this:
on *:text:startup :{
/say welcome
}
any ways thank you

Say won't work on startup, as your not conected to a server. You may try echo instead. >:D
