Thanks for your bug report. I haven't been able to reproduce this here so far, however it is probably due to dialogs in the latest version supporting GUI font / text scaling. Windows itself performs the dialog/control sizing but it looks like it might be off by a few pixels for these editboxes. I'm going to enable horizontal scrolling on these specific editboxes for the next beta to see if that helps.
