The $network Identifiers suppose to -> Returns the name of the IRC network you are currently connected to. But when I started my mirc but not connected to any network, it show the $network show galaxynet, is there a bug?

No. If the server that the status window is currently using (the one it would connect to if you pressed the Connect button) is in servers.ini then it will use the network name given there as a default.

But even if i removed server.ini, it will still give the network name despite no connection!

As I had other copies of mirc, they do not have that $network showing the server connected! Is there a way to prevent or purge the result of the connection data?

Even If i delete the host= line under [host], the $network will still show the network name. Where did it store the name of the network? Anyone?

Did you delete the line when mIRC wasn't running? If not then it wouldn't take effect. In any case, does it really matter whether $network is filled?
