Forums mIRC Help IRC Commands "/msg xy" with HTML Links/Buttons?

Hi folks,

i am new to the irc coding scene. I used irc really frequently like 13-15 years ago

Now i need a good Web-IRC.
Either it should be customizable or embeddeable.
Any suggetions here?

And secondly i want to "type" commands with HTML links or "Buttons" (Graphics with links).

You press a Link/Button and it "types" a command as if you would type it manually.

It would be great if someone can help me here

could be, i now use Shour IRC. its great. but i need to add new buttons and need help with java.
