A change that I would like to recommend so that the Mirc could be more practical for the users is – I’ll give an example – ....you open the “Channel’’ and the “Private 3 (IM)” , so the clicks that you have made so far are "Channel" , "Private 3" , "Private 2" , "Channel" , "Private 1". Next you decide that you want to close 3 Private (IM) so you click “X’’ for the “Private 3’’ and so you are sent to the “Private 1’’ next to the “Channel’’ and so on ..
and there seems to be the problem.. Sometimes in a rash you may close the “Channel’’ .
So I believe that you should deactivate the memory of the click so that the closing would be with the proper order - "Private 3" then "Private 2" then "Private 1" and at the end "Channel" and by this way you make sure that you won’t close “Channel’’ by mistake..

Hold the shift key and left click on the query in the treebar/switchbar, this makes it easy to close many windows in a row.
