mIRC keeps disconnecting and reconnecting #243483 23/11/13 11:53 PM

Dan33185 D	I can connect to the channel I want to, but ever 3-4 minutes I get disconnected and reconnected. I've tried changing as many settings as I can find which hasn't helped at all. Any ideas? Is there a log I can find to help find more info about the problem?
