Forums Developers mIRC bot with PHP

First of all, hello everyone.
I'm new; if this isn't the right section, I apologize.

I just wanted to ask if anybody knew how to create a mIRC bot for a twitch.tv chat with PHP.
I am currently developing a mIRC bot for a twitch channel (a non PHP one), but there's a problem: I'm the host.
And, as the owner of the channel doesn't really know how to use mIRC and connect to the right server, I can't just give him the script files.

That's why I wanted to create a PHP IRC bot that works with twitch.tv chats, so, when I can't host the bot, he could just connect to the PHP page and the bot would connect to the channel and load the commands.
I don't know if that's possible and how to do that anyways, I suck at PHP.

It's possible as a quick Google search can confirm.

So you suck at PHP. You will obviously have to learn it at least partly for this task. (which will take longer than spending 10 min explaining some mIRC basics to the owner )
