Hi, I have a question to ask: it was possible to display jpg or bmp images in windows mirc when chatters write a well-defined type words, such as an Acros but with colored images (jpg, bmp, etc.)

With normal channels, no. It has been requested multiple times and will probably be added some day, but right now you cannot. However, if you are ambitious, you could recreate the channel windows using picture windows and draw/display any images you like. That is a lot of work, however.
