I think i found some Bugs!
i use mIRC 7.17 and i Get this when i'm trying to give a mode or a kick to some kind of nicks!

example, This happens in a normal Irc Server:



It Returns No such nick/channel

Now another example in Some Room on IRcx



Returns The same as IRC Server.

That does not work if I try from Nicklist

This is not a bug.

mIRC 7.x no longer supports non-unicode encodings. You can read more about this in this thread. Basically, the only way to access the nick directly would be to disable UTF-8 globally in mIRC, which you can do in Alt+O -> IRC -> Messages -- or use mIRC 6.35.
