Forums Scripts & Popups Normal scripts don't work

Hello everybody,
I have normal scripts for mIRC such as:

on *:TEXT:*shit*:#:{ /msg $chan $nick , Watch your language! }

on 1:JOIN:#:{ /msg $chan Welcome $nick }

but they all won't work. Does somebody now what can be the causes of this?

Try paste it to new remote.

Sorry stupid question but how do you do that?

Make sure your remote is on by entering:

Remote = on but can someone tell me how to make a new remote?

In remote go to File - New.
