mIRC 7.1 is not aviable cant use have some problem is not match and cant be with Thai font

If your server uses code pages instead of UTF8, you will need to continue to use mIRC 6.35 until the server starts using UTF8 or until a script is made that will convert your code page into UTF8 and vice versa.

As stated, mIRC 7.1 is Unicode only. It no longer supports code pages. It *does* support Thai and every other language in the world as long as the server is using Unicode instead of code pages. If your server isn't using Unicode, ask them to change to Unicode or else use mIRC 6.35.
