When you right-click in the Treebar, the option "Show Count" is available to check/uncheck whether you have "Use Folders" enabled or not. Shouldn't it only be available if you are using folders?
This is not a bug, it is simply a case where the configuration is stateful (option B depends on option A)... there are many places all over Windows (and within mIRC) where this happens.
