Forums mIRC Help dcc send -- won't open send window

I cannot dcc send. I recently switched to FiOS and I went through and make all the router changes to forward ports, etc. Unlike with my old ISP and router where it would open the DCC Send window and just not send the file... with FiOS, it never even opens the Send window. I can receive files just fine. Any thoughts?

Check your Status window for error messages, e.g. "Unable to resolve local host".

The only thing close to an error message is:
*** No ident response

I've tried both NORMAL and SERVER as lookup method.
On connect, always get: Local Host
