Forums mIRC Help the mIRC toolbar graphic

The toolbar graphic has now been removed from the EXE's resources (if you use a resource viewer on the new exe vs an older exe, you will notice its not there). I would like to see it posted on mirc.com so that it can be used as a template for people creating new toolbars. Also, where can I find the new mIRC toolbar graphic so I can also use it in that manner?

You can use this. I couldn't find a way to keep the alpha transparency.

thats because the purple is filtered out to become transparent. thats exactly as i needed, i just didnt know where to find it.

Purple is filtered out, but that isn't the reason for the problem. mIRC appears to support PNG's alpha channel but takes the background to be black rather than $rgb(face).

You can use my Icon Library i put together if its the actual icons you want to use.

Thank you, but I actually did need the toolbar graphic itself, to create myself a new toolbar graphic. I find it easier to use a template instead of starting from nothing.

I've always wondered why there was no template, when you can use your own... odd in my opinion

Okay, so I have been fighting this for a while, I'm trying to make the icons gray scale but the background needs to stay purple. I managed to do it but the icons contain some distortion from where the purple was re-added. Does any one think that they can manage to convert the icons to gray scale and keep the quality?

right click on the toolbar where there are no buttons, click on Buttons -> Select and then choose an image
