Read the documentation on how to install psybnc or ask your hosting support people or pay for a network administrator. Asking on a mirc forum isnt exactly a good idea

I think it's perfectly fine to ask how to hide your host/ip everybody in the world aren't angels.

As far as I can tell, no one said or implied that hiding your host/ip isn't fine.
What should've been said is that this is not a mIRC issue.
There are lots of IRC servers that either force or have an option to mask your host address (usually called Vhost).
The exception to this masking, is if an IRCop checks for the information, in which case the true IP and/or host is returned.

Actually my point is/was why ask on a mirc forum about how to install/configure a bnc? why dont you ask on a bnc forum or better still try reading the README.txt file that comes with psybnc. If you have no clue with doing this on your shell account, slip a ticket to your support team, ask if they can be of any help. They may already have a shell scripted menu/installation file for bnc's.
I am not trying to belittle you but just trying to say bnc/shells have nothing to do with mirc.
Good luck
