I've spent almost a full day looking for a way to edit tab labeled COMMANDS and as you see here. You can edit it some how.

Thank you in advance for any help.

Open the mirc script editor (alt + r), click on popup, in the menu view, click on menubar smile

If you're asking how to add something to the 'commands' dropdown on the menubar, change your menu command from something like:

menu channel,status {
stuff:stuff
}

to:

menu channel,status,menubar {
stuff:stuff
}

I think he wants to edit the label, in which case you simply go to Alt-p -> Menubar and edit the first line
