I'm looking for a good channel protection script which will work preferably with v6.31 but will consider a lower version but no luck yet. Basically, I need it for kick/ban on flooding and bad words for a family-friendly channel on DALnet. Prefer to use it with my own nick so not a bot. Any ideas anyone?

Already been there and lots of others too. I'm an old hand with mIRC so I know all the sites. Problem is that there isn't one that I can find and I haven't needed this type of script before. Anyway thanks for your help.

To have the script running when I'm in a preconfigured channel on a preconfigured network to keep it family-friendly and warn, kick, ban or kick+ban on a preconfigured flood, i.e. 10 in 5 secs, or bad word so that I wouldn't have to do it manually. If I enabled it for #channelname on ircnetwork, it would be active but not active in other channels and other networks. Useful also if I'm doing something else and miss a flood or badword. Probably useful for most channel Ops.

I used a script like this years ago and it was very effective. It's the eXtreme script but only available for mIRC 5.91.
