Forums General Discussion Please Help!!! Can't find my downloaded files!!!

I've just installed the latest mIRC versions and just finished downloading a rar file. I assumed that it will be in the 'Download' folder inside 'mIRC', but there was no such folder.

Can anyone tell me were I might find it? It's very important...

If you've not had mIRC installed previously, then you will find it under your "Application Data\mIRC" directory, under your user directory (under XP it would be "C:\Documents and Settings\<user>\Application Data\mIRC").

That's what i thought it would be in, but for some reason, I don't have the 'Application Data' folder.

I think I'll download an older version of mIRC and than download the file..

It's a hidden folder by default. You can access it easily through Start -> Run -> %appdata%
