Forums Connection Issues * Unable to create socket

I've never had this message before. 'Unable to create socket' Please help.

A socket is sort of a connection or port.

Like port 80 is for http or web access.

A socket error means that the port or socket your trying to connect to is refusing the connection or the port does not exist.
