Hey need some help here. I go to connect to gamesurge.net through mirc like every other time and i get the following error message. -irc.gamesurge.net- *** No ident response

i have tried to connect to other servers and can connect. please any feedback would be appreciated.

like my tag says im a newbie at this stuff... how would i go about doing that?

If you are being killed for no ident response, then you'll need to avoid blocking port 113 in your firewall and router. For help forwarding ports in routers, visit http://www.portforward.com/

Take a look on the website for that network , there are usually suggestions or ways to contact the staff for better explanations of the gline

I suspect that the OP is being G-lined due to not the no ident response.

Possibly, but as he isn't ident'd, it's also possible that a *!~*@* gline is labled as 'bots/clones invitecss'...
