Forums Scripts & Popups Closing Out Script

Hey, is there a way that when I click on the 'X' or right-clicking on the irc on the taskbar and clicking on close, it will send a popup saying "Are You Sure You Want To Close Out." or something. Can anyone please tell me how to do this, thanks.

mIRC Options -> Other -> Confirm
