Forums mIRC Help Problem with channel

This is what keeps coming up when I request something:
Request Denied ¥ Servers Only mode is active, you need to be sharing & voiced ("+" or "@" in front of your nick) to use my server. Visit: http://www.omenscripts.org To Get This Serving Script) ¥ OmeNServE v2.60 ¥ WHen I first joined a few days ago, I was not having this problem!

This is an error message from a script called OmenServe. It has nothing to do with mIRC.
