How do you get time and date in your titlebar? Because $time $date and hh:nn doesn't work!

Some guy said this to me, and it works:

/tbar /titlebar ( $+ $Time $+ ) ( $+ $date(dd) $mois $time(yyyy) $+ ) ( $+ $me $+ ) ( $+ $server $+ )
