Forums mIRC Help mirc freezes in middle of Motd

I get connected to server (irc.23-net.org) but screen freezes in middle of motd specifically after displaying:

I had been accessing this server in past and there was no problem. I know other ppl can still access it. Can anyone help???

Although I was able to connect to both of their servers with
no freezing, father.23-net.org and mother.23-net.org, both of
them were very laggy so their host may be having some problems.
It will probably clear up eventually.
