I don't know whether this is the place for that question but...I'm developing an IRC client, and when the user enter some irc channel the application creates new window, and a button with text...for example "London",if that's entered channel.I'd like to ask
how this is made in mIRC.A new window and button or something else?

When you join a channel mIRC creates a window. You can create your own custom windows for certain purposes... type /help @windows into your mIRC, and the help files will come up with that topic, and explain coding for them.

he's not talking about mIRC scripting ;-]

and the only thing I know about how mIRC does it is that the text windows are custom objects, so not standard windows window objects...

If it ain't broken, don't fix it!
