why is this dialog taking 6-8 seconds before showing ?

lol, umm..maybe cause it's like the longest dialog I've ever seen, and, it uses a whole lot of dlls and icons..but, I loaded the dialog, and, it looked like everything was thrown together. I don't think it would slow down, but, it may also depend on what connection you have.

well the dialog controles everything in my script.
At one moment it just took 6 sec to load.
I use a lot of dll because the acronym script uses an older version of mdx.dll then the rest of the dialog.
Somehow if i try to use the new mdx the acronyn doest work correct.
something in the script slows the loading down but i can't find it.

Try adding lines like this throughout your init events:

echo -a Line 1: $ticks

Change the line number each time you add that code. You may be able to see which portion of code is taking the longest.
