Forums mIRC Help Creating your own Custom mIRC Color Scheme

Hi,

In the mIRC colors menu, there are a few color schemes, such as mIRC Classic. I want to create a specific color scheme and then save it with a custom name. I keep trying to use the custom name option, but it doesn't save it once the custom scheme changes. Does anyone know of a specific way to save a particular color scheme?

please verify you did the following:

clicked on color icon.
made changes to the colors as you want them
typed in new name for scheme
clicked ok.

This works fine for me, and i am then able to switch to the clasic scheme and to the new one with no problems.

There might be an issue with an MTS theme package, but I was trying to save the original scheme so I could always restore it from the custom theme. The moment the custom theme is applied, the original schemes are all that's left in mIRC's scheme list.
