I run an Fserver in MiRc,but when people type in !name,
they just can't get in,they get stuck at Waiting for acknowlegdement... then it closes or people just leave.
Then in the status windows it shows :
[user]
Target change too fast. Please wait 60 seconds.
Disable any ON JOIN and/or ON PART advertises.
