is it possible to dock a toolbar to my channel window everytime i join a channel?

With a dll, yeah. I think WindowFX.dll will do what you want.

You'd be better off asking on the WindowFX comment page. Asking for help for that dll is very specific, so ask the users of the dll, not the general scripting community on here.
