Hi!

Here is what i'm scripting: When a selected file launches at home. my mIRC on my desktop'll leave a msg like "The file is launched" in a MSG to my shell. this file that is going to be launched could be in all formats (.exe,.txt,.whatever) so what of those is eaiset scripted?

Its a second application that opens this file. So my mirc script would just need to notify when its launched smile
Is there any good commands for this?

Hope some1 have a sollution to my problem smile this would make my day much easier.

Thx for helping!

You need some sort of process viewer. I believe there is a com object on the forums somewhere to get a list of processes. Do a little search, expand the date range from 1 week to the empy value, and look for "$com process" or something along those lines. Alternativly, check www.mircscripts.org http://www.hawkee.com/index.php?type=mirc and www.mirc.net for something similar.
