Forums Developers voicing script

hi was wandering if there is a script available that checks the server and also checks to see if there is a certain amount of files before voicing

If not, then one could probably be made. This properly should've went in the Scripts & Pop-ups Forum.
I'd need to know what information would be checked for on the server.
Would the voicing be active if the information is present, or absent?
How many files would be required, and where would these files be located?
Voicing in just one channel, or all available channels?

information to check would be to get their list file from their omenserve to make sure their server was working
files to be minimum of 300 before been voiced also files will be located on their omenserve ad
