While .ICL files aren't in the drop down list, I just tried using the *.* option, then selected the *.icl file, and it worked fine.
Now, I admit that I don't know much about the different types of icon files, but I do know that some will allow more than one icon in the file. I don't know if the ICL format supports this or not, and if it does, then you might be forced to go with the first one in the list, rather than being able to choose one of (for example) 5.
