Linked nicks is an option that some nickserv services have enabled. If the nickserv service on the network that you chat on supports linked nicks, then you'll have to tell us what network you're on for us to be able to give any more help, and further help would fall into the Scripts & Pop-ups forum, rather than mIRC help.
